With the changes we’ve all been forced to make due to the pandemic, this season we’ll be making some obvious changes. The Shed Sessions will certainly be a go but, like so many others. we’ll be going virtual!
This year, we’re offering a full season virtual package that will include – structured workouts that can be uploaded to their devices. We’ll be using Zoom and Zwift this year.

Mercury Rising Bike Program
This year we’re expanding the run sessions into a full run program. What that means is rather than the regular Tue – Speed and Thur – Hills the program will include more flexibility to allow for the different phases we’ll be going through and “races” we’ll target. There will also be the option for runners to commit to guidance on what they need to be doing the rest of the week to realize their full potential.
