20′ Warm Up – include drills and a few strides

One kilometer or 5′ at a slightly slower pace than your 5K race effort might be.
If you don’t know what that is – imagine a pace you could hold for no more than 20-30 minutes and go just slightly slower.
So it should be very manageable for 1K or 5′
